We spent probably half an hour picking out the hardward for our kitchen cabinets yesterday. Half a freaking hour! I was sitting on the floor in the Home Depot with four different knobs and two handles sitting in front of me trying to decide "which would better match our appliances" and "will this would take away from the look of the cabinet?" After ten minutes, I started to question my priorities. We finally chose our knobs and took them home. We held them up to our cabinet doors and decided we hated the knobs that took so long to pick out. When the heck did we become these people?!? Who obesesses over whether to get a little black knob or a little black handle?!?
In case you're interested, the handles won (pic at the bottom). We went all the way back the the Home Depot today and returned 21 knobs and got 21 handles. Then it was a debate on if we should put one on the little tilt out door under the sink, which, as of yet, is still undecided...
Good grief.

Don't worry, the little white dot is from the camera lens.
