You Can Uncross Your Fingers Now

It's way passed the ridiculous mark now. We've been waiting and waiting to find out about that job My Honey applied for and no one has called to let him know anything.

I've heard different things around the office:
1) They've eliminated the position entirely and didn't tell anyone.
2) They're looking to get the eliminated position back because getting rid of it caused a lot of trouble, but don't know if they're going to be able to do it, or
3) Another guy got it and they don't want to tell us because they know us socially and it would be weird...

So we're throwing in the towel. Tired of waiting. Moving on to something better! *I hope*

I myself am starting to itch in my current job. It's just not everything I expected, and it's nauseatingly repetitive. I'm thinking that I might start looking for something different in the not-too-distant future. But what? Hmm....
